This season of life has been such an incredible ri This season of life has been such an incredible ride. So much has been felt, experienced, appreciated and taught to me I can’t quite keep up. Seeing this simple phrase spoke so deeply to me and I know it’ll speak deeply to a lot of you; we are all on this collective journey of evolution. You may be in the stage of an ego death saying goodbye to old ways, maybe you’re in the midst of healing or an awakening to a new way of life or you could be in a rebirth like myself. No matter where you are at in your journey know you’re not alone. There’s a lot to discover. There’s a lot to feel. And all of if it is divinely timed for your story. One thing I know is each season is fleeting onto the next- so relish in the good moments, say goodbye to the bad and lean into the unfamiliar. The barbering and hairdressing is the modality to make the connection happen, but what happens in the chair is a little deeper than meets the eye. A client gets that new haircut or fade that adds some confidence to their life. A conversation happens while you’re in the chair with color processing that you couldn’t have with anyone else. We’re here for it, here for it all...the grooming, the lessons, the styling and the connection. ✨

We flow with the moon’s cycle at our house and use a candle, palo santo, incense or sage to reset and begin a new moment in time. 🌘🌗🌖🌕🌔🌓🌒

During my pregnancy I had a lovely little bald spot show up (telogen effluvium which is a hormonally induced form of alopecia) at the end of my first trimester. I started using these two products (both safe during pregnancy) on a weekly basis, once I ran out of shampoo I just went back to using my regular shampoo’s but continued to use the serum a few times each week. Tonight I finally got into a little meditation (9mins but I’ll take it 👌🏼) It takes a full year for a woman’s body to recover from pregnancy, labor and delivery. Thankful for a husband who lets me have moments to myself. Thankful for the tools and knowings to help my little soul connect with my body. Thankful for the Holy Spirit and my guides reminding me to let love come in. Thankful for my village and their knowledge that have made me feel less alone these past three weeks. It’s not been perfect, and it hasn’t been dreadful but it’s been all mine. Love you guys and thanks for being here for the good, the fun, the real, the raw and the rebuild ♥️
